Submission Instructions: Send picture of item, donation description, market value of item, and whether you are willing to ship the item or want to have it picked up locally. If you choose to allow shipping, please understand that you agree to donate the shipping charges as well as the item. COTA (The Children's Organ Transplant Association) will provide a charitable gift receipt for contributions of more than $75, but all gifts are tax-decuctible to the fullest extent of the law. Please also include your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address (this information will be forwarded to COTA only). Thank you for your donation! 100% of all donations go to COTA and are used for transplant-related expenses! Thank you for supporting COTAforAnnieR!
